Clark Construction Company announced that Brooks McIntosh, Chad Thelen and James Kramek have achieved the status of LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). In order to become a LEED AP, McIntosh, Thelen and Kramek completed training and passed an exam evaluating their understanding of green building practices and principles and the LEED Rating System.
BROOKS McINTOSH is a Project Manager with Clark Construction and has worked in a variety positions in the construction industry including serving as project engineer on Clark Construction’s Odawa Casino Resort project in Petoskey. Brooks is a graduate of Western Michigan University where he was on the Dean’s List and received his bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering.
CHAD THELEN is a Project Manager who began his career with Clark Construction in 1995. He has worked on several major projects since then including, Waterside Marketplace in Chesterfield Township, Odawa Casino Resort in Petoskey, W.K. Kellogg Research Office Building in Battle Creek, and the Frandor Shopping Center Expansion and Renovation in Lansing.
JAMES KRAMEK is a Project Manager who has worked on notable projects including Wonderland Village in Livonia, University of Michigan Eye Center, and Odawa Casino and Resort in Petoskey. He has a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Michigan State University, and participated in MSU’s Study Abroad Program, attending the University of Trento in Italy.
