Clark Construction Officials Elected to Leadership Positions with The Michigan Associated General Contractors Leadership Council

Clark Construction Company announced that Chris Rau and James Kramek were recently elected to 2009 leadership positions on the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Michigan Construction Leadership Council (CLC).

Rau was elected to serve as Co-Chair after serving as Chair in 2008. As Co-Chair, Chris will act as a liaison to the AGC Michigan Board of Directors by attending board meetings and reporting on CLC activities. He will also be responsible for voicing a Construction Leadership Council perspective on relevant topics, as well as reporting back to CLC on current legislative and industry issues being faced by the AGC. Rau was certified as a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) in 2005.

Kramek was elected to serve as Industry Relations Director where he will be responsible for ensuring the growth of the CLC membership. He will also be responsible for broadening the CLC network by partnering with other groups of young professionals in related fields, and establishing contacts and the exchange of best practices with other AGC chapters throughout the U.S. Kramek received a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University. Kramek is a certified LEED Accredited Professional.
