Clark Construction served Emmet County on this multiple-phased project which included a new 18,500 sq. ft. addition to the 90th District Court Facility; 3,500 sq. ft. of jail renovations; 13,500 sq. ft. of county building renovations; renovations to a 6,000 sq. ft. school for at-risk teens; and a 7,700 sq. ft. Sheriff’s Road Patrol building.
