The City of Harbor Springs’ “Zoll Street Project” involved the renovation of two 100-year-old historic masonry structures. The existing two-story brick stable building was enlarged and renovated to house the police department. The one-story building was expanded and renovated to house the city’s administrative staff and the city council chambers. A total of  9,000 sq. ft. were renovated and over 4,000 sq. ft. were added.
