U-M’s “Best Performing Contractor” rating; 1999 ESD Construction & Design Award

U-M’s East Campus Primary Care facility houses pediatrics, radiology, mammography, family practice, and other outpatient service areas. Clark was initially hired as the General Contractor for the enclosure of the building. As the project progressed, however, Clark was asked to assist in writing bid packs for the interior. This resulted in a unique situation where Clark was serving as General Contractor for the exterior and Construction Manager for the interior.
