Petoskey Public Library

Clark Construction Company served as Construction Manager for this 12-month construction project that involved two separate buildings - a Carnegie Library, originally built in 1908, and a former Ameritech Building.

Work at the Carnegie Library included exterior preservation and mechanical system upgrades.
The bulk of the construction occurred at the Ameritech Building, which required asbestos abatement and lead paint removal. Construction of a 6,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing 19,100 sq. ft. structure and significant interior demolition and remodeling were included. New storm, sanitary and water were also part of the scope of work.
