This nearly 80,000 sq. ft. renovation included extensive interior work including a new layout of departments and offices, renovation and a 4,520 sq. ft. enlargement of the existing Board Room, new executive office area, new cafeteria, all new finishes, new mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems.

Renovation work was phased to allow the buildings to be occupied through the entire renovation process.
