This building has five levels with nearly 17,000 sq. ft. per level. Finishes include wood paneling, granite tile and slab material, and a two-story lobby. 

Computer access flooring comprises approximately 75% of the floor area of the building. Clark managed the complex coordination between the computer flooring and carpet subcontractors, which was required because of the nature of the carpet layout.
