Summit Hotel

The Summit Hotel is a luxury hotel-condominium located at the foot of the Big Sky Ski Resort (elevation: 7,515 ft.). This 11-story, 288,000 sq. ft. building has 98 condominiums with one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites that can be locked-off to 115 hotels rooms and 63 studios. In addition, there are eight 2-story penthouses and three levels of underground parking. Construction challenges included special seismic requirements, underground spring runoff, and 400 inches of seasonal snow.
