Midtown Square

This 80-acre retail development is located on the corner of a major intersection near Detroit, Michigan. The site is also adjacent to the Oakland/Troy Airport; as a result, the construction was affected by strict federal aviation height restrictions and FAA permits were required for everything built on the property.

Scope of work included site infrastructure, utilities, power distribution, adjacent highway improvements, soil remediation, and 150,000 sq. ft. of shell construction and build-out.
