This renovation involved a complex vertical expansion in which a 215,000 sq. ft. second floor was added to an existing up-scale shopping mall. Construction took place at night — all merchandise was moved out of the way and later returned to its proper place before the mall opened — in order to keep the mall operational throughout construction.
