Woodland Mall

Clark Construction has been selected construction manager three times for upgrades to this Grand Rapids mall since 1998. First, Woodland Mall’s common areas, entrances, and exteriors were renovated; second, the Food Court was expanded and made visually appealing; and most recently, the site was further developed to include a new theater and two new restaurants.
