Country Club of Lansing

Clark was the Construction Manager for the extensive renovations and additions to the prestigious Country Club of Lansing.  The facility was expanded from 30,500 sq. ft. to 46,320 sq. ft., adding new men’s locker rooms, a new pro shop, 400-bag storage area, mezzanine, completely renovated kitchen, a new 7,400 sq. ft.  second floor addition, expanded toilet facilities, and a new 4,000 sq. ft. maintenance building. A total of 12,500 sq. ft. of brick pavers were laid in the new patio area adjacent to the club’s swimming pool.
