M-TEC & Technical Training Facility

LCC’s state-of-the-art training facility houses a number of labs including a high-tech machine shop, a 16-bay auto mechanics shop, and a residential construction area. The facility also has a fitness center tailored to the training needs of students in law enforcement and fire-fighter programs. A closed loop, vertical geothermal system provides approximately 65% of the heating and cooling needs, with the balance provided by rooftop units.
