The U-M Academic Center is a 40,000 sq. ft. learning facility with approximately 22,000 sq. ft. of space to accommodate group study areas, computer labs, meeting rooms, for tutorial work, an academic training room, offices for instructional support, and assembly areas for groups. The facility has three floors with the lower level partially below grade and a penthouse for mechanical equipment.
