This project included:

• New Middle School: 115,000 s.f. – included auditorium, gymnasium, library, science labs, parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaping
• Luce Road Elementary: 14,250 s.f. new construction – classroom and office addition
  Renovations – upgrade kitchen, replace windows, electrical improvements, site improvements
• Hillcrest Elementary: 5,235 s.f. new construction – library/media center; administrative office. Renovations – replace windows, upgrade kitchen, renovate mechanical, site improvements
• Pine Avenue Elementary: 4,025 s.f. new construction – media center/computer room; music/art room; Renovations – replace windows, upgrade kitchen, renovate electrical, site improvements
• Old Middle School: Demolition and renovation – complete demolition of existing multi-story Middle School and renovation of site
