PHASE 2 – NEW 90th DISTRICT COURT FACILITY
Work included demolition of a 9,600 sq.ft. building, construction of an 18,500 s.f. addition to house the District Court, and renovation of 3,500 sq.ft. of an existing jail facility. Jail renovations included 34 new beds, new kitchen, new intake port, and expanded visitor area. Demolition occurred after phase one (day school) was completed because the probate day school was operating in the building to be demolished.
