New $17 million, 2-story, 67,000 sq.ft. suite and media building at the popular Michigan International Speedway with 30 corporate suites and state-of-the-art media, technology and meeting center. The 1,000 foot long building features separate rooms for large press conferences and driver meetings, a kitchen, and press dining area. Installation of 8,000 sq.ft. of solar panels will produce 20 kw of power for the facility.

Clark Construction used a fast-track schedule to complete construction in the allotted nine months, in order for the building to be ready for the 2010 race season.

Clark was also selected to manage a separate $1.5 million contract to replace approximately 160’ of the pedestrian tunnel under the existing track.
