Swartz Creek Schools partnered with Clark Construction Company to assess their current facilities and future requirements. The district encompasses five elementary buildings, a Middle School, a High School, and a facility housing a Childhood Development Center, Special Education, and Alternative High School. These structures are all set to be included in an upcoming bond program.

As part of the Sinking Fund initiatives, notable projects involved significant renovations to the softball fields, minor updates to the baseball and soccer fields, and a comprehensive transformation of the 16,567 sq.ft. High School Science Wing. This overhaul encompassed eight classrooms, two science labs, and a shared chemical and prep room. Upgrades covered air quality, enhancements to mechanical and electrical systems with advanced remote-controlled heating and cooling capabilities, new cabinetry, lab furniture, and wireless connectivity across all classrooms.
